Rodney Stigall is managing partner of Stigall & Associates’ technology practice. Rodney specializes in assignments for U.S.-based technology, industrial, and consumer companies. He has functional expertise in human resources, strategy, business development, finance and operations/global supply chain.
Prior to founding Stigall & Associates, Rodney spent 14 years at Harris Corporation, a global Fortune 500 company specializing in communications and information technology for government and commercial markets as senior manager of Global Talent Acquisition and Administration at corporate headquarters, where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition programs enterprise- wide.
Rodney earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida State University and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Rodney also earned an executive certificate in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He holds certifications in Human Capital Strategy and Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute.
Rodney is also an associate member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Don Wolfe is the Senior Account Executive for Stigall & Associates’ technology practice. Don focuses on managing assignments with our technology and industrial clients. He has overall responsibility for driving success with our clients and leadership of our internal teams. Don has functional expertise in executive engineering leadership, engineering management, program management, and electrical engineering design. During his career, Don has developed a proficiency and understanding of all engineering disciplines as well as other professional functions such as finance, contracts, and manufacturing operations. This experience coupled with knowledge and experience of the recruiting process make Don uniquely qualified to understand client needs and deliver results.
Prior to joining Stigall & Associates, Don was an engineering executive at Harris Corporation, a global Fortune 500 company specializing in communications and information technology for government and commercial markets. He most recently served as engineering director in the government communications systems business, where he led the overall engineering activities for three different business areas: avionics products, ground SATCOM systems, and space electronics and antenna systems.
Don earned his BSEE from the University of Maryland and also graduated from the Executive Development Program at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Don is an active member of the Melbourne community where he serves on the Board of Directors for Harmony Farms, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of disabled individuals. He is also a volunteer budget mentor at Love, Inc. of Brevard
